Haddonfield Home

I loved working with this family. This home went through a complete renovation and modernized a colonial into a modern farmhouse look. The foyer boasted of the original curved staircase. The Dining room was the focal point of the open floor plan so we placed a gorgeous round, marble dining table in the center of the room that offshoots into the family room, sunroom and kitchen. The wingback chairs just added a sophisticated elegance to the dining table.

The Family room was a very long narrow room so we maximized our seating with an extra long sectional and created a little seating nook by the bay window and layered it with a sheepskin rug.

The client really wanted to incorporate some pink in the room so we added a grey sectional and added a graphic pillow with the pink and grey tones she wanted. The irregular shape coffee table complimented the wood tones going on in the fireplace and floor and broke up the very linear lines that are happening in the room.

In the sunroom, we had fun and did something unexpected. The overall color palette throughout the house was soft tones and we popped the sunroom with a rich velvet purple french sofa. The chairs where in a complimentary floral print and a grey leather ottoman that has a hint of that lavender tone to it.

The Den was the husband's "man cave" but also wanted it to be inviting for the kids to hang out as well. We customized the sofa with a durable eco leather and added nailheads, The palette for this room was a combo of browns, and blacks with navy accent chair and pillows.

We added a hair on hyde rug that was pretty linear in design. The media console was in a rustic black finish. Coffee table was a burnt copper metal.

Move in day for this great couple.

We had the kitchen finishes in a crisp white cabinetry with carrera marble top.

The home was accented with many soft cool blues and warm neutral tones.
